One supplier instead of five: cutting, bending, welding, coating and mechanical assembly happen in the same plant, so tolerances stay consistent, tooling is shared and lead times stay short. No brokered production, no unclear responsibility.

Six processes, one route through the drawing

Most suppliers specialise in one process and subcontract the rest, which is where lead time, tolerance hand-off and accountability all start to leak. We run the six processes below under one roof and one work order, so a part moves from flat sheet to a tested unit without leaving the building — and without a tolerance being re-interpreted at every hand-off.

A Digital Factory, Not a Workshop of Habits

Every manual step is replaced by system data — traceable at source, visible in process, archived in result.

STEP 01

One part, one code

Every work order binds a unique QR code to drawing version, material standard, process parameters, tolerances and delivery requirements — eliminating lost travellers, process drift and drawing mix-ups at the root.

STEP 02

Live production visibility

Seven process stages tracked in real time, from cutting to the finished-goods warehouse. Delay risks are flagged the same day, not discovered at shipment.

STEP 03

Electronic quality records

Each product carries a tamper-proof digital history — inspection data, photos, parameters and owners — archived with its QR code through five inspection gates: IQC, IPQC, FQC, electrical test and final check.

STEP 04

Zoned process control

Six dedicated zones — sheet metal, precision welding, dust-free coating, assembly, electrical and commissioning — with standards and parameters locked into the system, plus priority lines for precision and electrical work.

STEP 05

Closed-loop improvement

Defect and rework data feeds automatic quality reports; recurring issues trigger 8D corrective action and fixes are hardened into system standards — quality that no longer depends on individuals.

Why choose us

Built for buyers who audit their supply chain

Four things that decide whether a metal enclosure project lands on time and on budget.

Tolerances we can hold

±0.1 mm on laser-cut features and ±0.3 mm on formed parts, verified before dispatch.

Quality you can audit

ISO 9001 processes, first-article inspection and a measurement report with every series batch.

One supplier, five processes

Cutting, bending, welding, coating and mechanical assembly under one roof — no hand-offs between vendors.

Built for export

Export-grade packing, customs documentation and container loading planned for Europe and North America.

How we work

From your drawing to a delivered container

A four-step process, with a defined deliverable and a defined owner at each step.

STEP 01

Send drawings

STEP, DWG, DXF or PDF — tell us material, surface finish and quantity.

STEP 02

Engineering review

We flag manufacturability issues and return a quotation with lead time and tooling cost.

STEP 03

Sample and approval

A first-article sample in 7–10 working days for dimensional and finish sign-off.

STEP 04

Series production and shipping

Batch production with inspection records, then export packing and container loading.

Next step

Send your drawings and quantity — an engineer, not a sales script, comes back with a quotation covering material, tooling, surface finish and lead time.
